The Southwestern Port of Yarmouth Wharf at Latitude 43º 49.9' N, Longitude 66º 7.5' W is nearest the mouth of the harbour . It is called the "Lobster Rock Marine Terminal" with an outer berth of 152.4 m(500'), and western and eastern inner berths of 109m and 31m respectively.

Minimum depths close alongside are 5.8m to 6.4m at L.L.W. There is a float & stairway in place inside the northeastern end of the wharf, suitable only for small vessels.  Shore power available: 110,220VAC, 60Hz/1Ph. 30 & 50A & 208VAC/3Ph. 50A The L shaped inner (northeastern) wharf is just beyond the ferry terminal on arrival at Latitude 43º 50.1' N, Longitude 66º 7.4' W.

It is known as the "Old Public Wharf" and has an outer berth of 121.0m (397'). Parking, public telephones, and an ice plant are located on the 35m wide stem. Minimum depths close alongside the outer berth are 5.1m to 5.8m at L.L.W. Minimum depth on the inside face is 2.1m at L.L.W.

The 106.7m Marginal wharf, at waters’ edge, inside the "L" of the "Old Public Wharf" has only from 1.2m to 1.9m of water at L.L.W. and as such is only suitable for deep keeled vessels over 12m as a temporary berth at half tide or more. Shore Power 120 VAC, 60 Hz.
